Designed by architect Chad Oppenheim, this modern Bal Harbour house blends indoor and outdoor living. The just-completed two-story home is located on a scenic inlet less than a mile from Miami Beach. Sweeping interiors include a living-dining room with retractable glass doors that open onto a terrace, a large kitchen with an island, and a handsome gallery hall with skylights. Travertine, Belgian white oak, and American white oak finishes and flooring add elegance throughout. A second-floor terrace spans the length of the residence.

Lush gardens and a koi pond create a tropical oasis outside. The infinity-edge pool off the main living area has panoramic waterfront views, and a rooftop hot tub provides a spectacular vantage point.
