Surface magazine held a launch party for Douglas Elliman’s Tal and Oren Alexander’s new $36 million Bal Harbour listing at 252 Bal Bay Drive during Art Basel.
Guests included a dapper Amar’e Stoudemire and Elliman honcho Howard Lorber.
The sprawling residence was designed by architect Chad Oppenheim and features more than 17,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space just 300 yards from one of Miami Beach’s two inlets, “where the ocean meets the bay,” the listing notes.
The eight-bedroom, 9½-bathroom home includes a 75-foot “fish tank-esque swimming pool,” a rooftop skybar with an infinity pool/Jacuzi, a bar/grill and a gas-powered fire pit overlooking the bay.
The two-story home comes with two landscaped courtyards “laced with collector palm trees,” and an elevator from the ground floor to the roof, including smart home technology.
There’s also a private dock that can hold an 80-foot yacht, two outdoor kitchens and a poolside cabana.
